This privacy policy applies to the Gestión J&C app for mobile devices and Windows devices, together with any related services operated by Juan Bautista Galván (collectively, the "Application"). Juan Bautista Galván is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device's Internet Protocol address
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• your operating system you use

User-Generated Data and Third-Party Information

The Application allows users to register, store, and manage business-related information, which may include personal contact details of third parties (such as your customers or clients: names, contact details, notes, and transaction history).

The Service Provider processes and stores this information solely on your behalf to deliver the Application's features via secure cloud storage (Supabase). You, as the user, are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary consents and legal rights under applicable data protection laws to input and process such third-party data within the Application. The Service Provider will not use your clients’s personal data for marketing, profiling, or transfer to unauthorized third parties.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, name, lastname, user id. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider shares data with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud database providers and subscription management tools) solely to facilitate the Application's functionality, process payments, and store your account data. These providers do not have an independent right to use the information beyond performing these services.
